Program Schedule:

Tuesday: 30 minutes of weight training / 30 minutes of strength and recovery yoga

Wednesday: 50 minutes of Baptiste Power Yoga

Thursday: 30 minutes of weight training / 30 minutes of strength and recovery yoga

Friday: 50 minutes of weight/cardio training
