R.I.P.P.E.D is a resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, and endurance workout.

This is a  low-impact leg, arms, and core workout that will have your total body feeling the burn in just under 45 minutes.  This class builds and tones your abs, arms, back, butt, core, and glutes, leaving you sweat dripping.  Equipment provided - booty bands and cable resistance bands
