With the studio room gently heated to approximately 85-95 degrees, Hot Buti focuses solely on burning out the muscles in each asana. While plyometrics and cardio are removed, tribal and primal movements are incorporated into the flows. This class is an excellent option for beginners as it is slower-paced and has zero impact.
